Shopsense provide ongoing service for all of our decorations, 7 days a week across the duration the displays are installed. Should any items be damaged or require adjusting whilst on display, our service technicians are on hand to help.

Who takes care of project management of a project and what is included?

Shopsense Promotions manage everything from start to finish which includes: delivery of display items, organising machinery to assist with install, overseeing of both the installation and uninstallation of displays, cleanup of site after display has been removed.

Does Shopsense Promotions have any qualifications and what kind of certifications do you hold?

Shopsense is very health and safety conscious, with a health and safety management plan which all employees read before starting work with us. We also have the required 20 million dollar public liability insurance and EWP licenses.

Does the client get to choose the design of the display?
A.
Shopsense Promotions encourages the client to have input into the design of each display. However, should the client require help, our talented management staff are fully equipment with years of experience in display designs, so they can help propose the best design solution for your centre.
